Pick your format.

Sprint, endure, or survive. Each mode rewards a different style — and a different kind of focus.

Quick Race
10 questions · ~3 minutes
First to type the correct answer wins the round. Multiply your points with combo streaks — chain five right in a row and you're already at ×3.
🏃
Marathon
5 minutes · max correct
The timer keeps moving. Accumulate as many correct answers as possible before the buzzer. No round limit — pace yourself, or burn bright.
💀
Sudden Death
One mistake. You're out.
Every wrong answer eliminates you. Last player standing wins. Solo mode counts how far you got before the inevitable.

Your best score stays on your device. Beat yesterday. Beat your friends. Beat the global median.

FAQ

Honest answers.

No fluff, no marketing-speak. Just the stuff people ask.

Is Math Race really free?
Yes. No in-app purchases, no subscription, no paywalled levels. All five difficulty tiers, all three modes, and the daily challenge are available from the first launch.
Do I need other people to play?
No. Solo mode plays exactly like multiplayer — you race the clock and try to beat your own scores. SharePlay is a feature, not a requirement.
How does the Daily Challenge work?
A deterministic seed (the UTC date) generates the same ten Intermediate-level questions for every player worldwide. Your score is saved on your device only — there's no global leaderboard yet, just personal history.
Does the Genius level use fractions?
No — Math Race uses only integer answers. The Genius tier handles squares (x²), perfect square roots (√144), cubes (x³), modulo, parentheses, and 4-term operations. Clean numeric keyboard, no fraction parser.
How many players in SharePlay?
Up to 5 — limited by Apple Vision Pro's FaceTime spatial template. Everyone sees the same equation; the first correct typed answer wins the round.
What languages are supported?
English, French, and Spanish. Math doesn't really need translation, but rules, power-ups, and combo labels do — they're all localized.
What data do you collect?
None. No analytics, no telemetry, no crash reports. Your stats live in UserDefaults on your headset and never leave. Privacy details →
